Big Disappointment

Since the MTA/LIRR has a very good website for schedule & fare information you would think the app would be at least as good if not better. Youd be wrong.

The trip planner will only give you the next train or two given the time of day, which is useless if you are checking the schedule in the morning for an afternoon departure. While there is a button to select date/time of departure, it doesnt work. Unfortunately its actually LESS helpful than the website. Stranger still, the Metro North (also part of the MTA) app work better.
